What filaments do you have?
We have a wide range of PLA, PLA+, PLAFlex, ABS, ABS+, PETG and TPU. Colours do vary. If you need a specific filament or colour that we don’t currently stock, we will order it for you and your project at no extra cost though this may delay the completion of your product.
What colours of vinyl do you stock?
We stock various colours of vinyl but our most popular colours are white, black, blue, pink and gold. If you need colours that are different from this, they will be ordered for your product at no extra cost though this may delay the completion of your product.
Can you make multicolour stickers?
Multicoloured stickers are possible though we use a layering method to add colour to stickers where we cut different shapes and layer each ontop of each other to give a multicolour effect.
Unfortunately we do not currently own a machine which prints and cuts stickers similar to how your regular inkjet printer prints onto paper. We are hopeful that in the future we can acquire such a machine though they are very expensive. Thus at present, it is not available. We apologise for the inconvenience.
How do I apply my sticker?
The process is pretty simple so you don’t have too much to worry about!
You should follow this process:
- Clean the surface that you are going to apply the sticker to and make sure it is dry.
- Peel the clear transfer paper from the sticker backing and position the sticker where you desire.
- Apply the sticker by rolling it on from one side to the other ensuring you press firmly and don’t create any bubbles otherwise this can hinder the appearance of the sticker.
- Firmly rub the sticker onto the surface to encourage adhesion to the surface behind the sticker.
- Peel up a corner of the transfer paper and roll it off your sticker carefully watching so that the sticker doesn’t loosen off the applied surface. If it does, lay the transfer paper back down and try re-rubbing it so that the sticker can attain better adhesion. You may need to leave the sticker on for some time to allow it to adhere.
- Once the sticker is peeled off, try not to clean or abrase it in anyway so that it has time to properly adhere to the surface.
- Enjoy your sticker!
Do you take refunds?
Unfortunately we do not take refunds on purchased work especially if it is custom made. If you are unhappy with a product, we will do whatever we can to ensure you are happy with your product, though we are not responsible for any mistakes made on your behalf post purchase of said product.
